The City of Lakes Community Band is a group of musicians based in Uptown, Minneapolis performing free concerts in the Twin Cities. Our concerts feature classical and modern concert band music, marches, jazz and show tunes. The group's members represent a diverse group of ages, occupations and come from a number of communities in the Twin Cities. Our 75-member organization has been in existence since 1981, performing music at a variety of venues across the Twin Cities.
